A Columbia SC transplant, Jillian Owens graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BFA in Theatre and English. By day, Jillian works for the South Carolina Arts Commission as their Grants Manager. By night, she writes at ReFashionista.net, and reviews local theater productions for Onstage Columbia and Jasper Magazine.
She has worked in many areas of theatre, both locally and nationally, including set design, lighting design, costume design, stage/production management, and acting.
