Day 269: Can’t Leaf Well Enough Alone Top
Today’s dress was a new arrival from Little Old Lady Island (If this was a reality TV show, I’d totally watch it).
Not the most flattering option for the day.
Awkward as it is, I have to admit I really like the print on the top of this dress! 🙂
Ooooooh! Pretty!
I decided to bring out that pretty print by getting rid of everything that wasn’t quite so pretty about this dress! First, I made a few chops!
Triple Chop!!!
I turned the dress around so the button-up back was now my button-up front! I used the middle scrap to keep the waist of my new top nice and tight! 🙂
From Oh No! to Boho! 🙂
My new top paired well with a post-dress rehearsal glass of wine, too! 🙂
I love you, wine! 🙂
