Hello friends! 2013 is here! As promised, I have a few changes in store that I hope you’ll find as exciting as I do! 🙂

First off, I’m adding a few regular weekly segments to my refashion lineup!

Q&A Mondays: I get lots of emails with all sorts of questions from you guys. I try to answer them all, but I got to thinking-There are a lot of you out there who have the same questions, so why not just address these on my blog? Hit me up with your most pressing refashion/ecofashion quandaries, and you might see them answered right here!

Wannabe Wednesdays: Have you ever seen a fab frock in a store and wondered if you could refashion a lookalike version for way less $$$? Come visit ReFashionista every Wednesday for some Copycat Couture!

Thrift Score Thursdays: I do a LOT of thrifting and find all sorts of awesome stuff that needs no help from my sewing machine. Every Thursday I’ll be sharing my fave finds with you!

So yeah…That’s pretty sweet, but hold on a sec…it’s about to get even sweeter!

I’ve decided this blog has grown to be bigger than just being about me. I want to represent ReFashionistas of all shapes and sizes, so I’m accepting Reader Submissions! Just email me with your before and after pics, as well as an explanation of what you did to make your refash happen, and you could see your creation right here on ReFashionista!

I’m also partnering with some fab eco-fashion peeps to bring More Giveaways to you! Because winning stuff is awesome!

You’re going to get all of this, plus a healthy dose of the regular ol’ refashions you’re used to!

Awww yeah! I’ve totally been hoping you’d do some sort of reader’s refashion deal. I have some before and after pics of refashions I’ve done on some SD card somewhere…def have to send those whenever I locate ‘em.

I’m excited to see the Reader submissions. You’ve really inspired me. I haven’t done anything more than shorten some hems but I’ve been keeping my eye out for something to do a bigger rehaul to.

My birthday was a few days ago and my friend gave me a great gift! She looked online at the 2013 fashions and then went to the thrift store and bought me 3 pieces to play with based on those fashions! I’m excited to see what I can do with them and will for sure submit them to you. Love your blog!
