Today’s piece was curiously tagged “Small”.
I beg to differ. :/

I wanted something fun and flirty to wear for this month’s First Thursdays on Main art crawl. Obviously, this was not it…yet! 😉
First, I pulled the neck hole down under my arms and pinned it in the front with my favorite brooch in the world. 🙂

This left the rest of the top looking like this:

I tucked the sleeves in to make fake pockets (Fockets!). 🙂 I’ll probably go back and actually sew them into real pockets, but I was in a hurry! 🙂
And here’s the end result!

I got loads of compliments on my new frock as a flitted & flirted through all of Main Street’s Art Galleries! 🙂

Cheers!
OMG! You made it so simple and yet so chic! And its no-sew too! You’re like my new fashion inspiration right now!
I love this!! Also wanted to comment that the gorgeous mystery woman has an awesome outfit on too, I LOVE those leggings !!!
Me too, so cool!
“Fockets” – brilliant!
Cute! Very “Tinkerbell”. 🙂
Funny, and I mean this in a good way, it reminds me of Betty Rubble from the Flintstones. 😉
Very chic! How would it look with the sleeves tied like a sash?
