In the beginning, there were two shirts.

One of these shirts was a boob tube, and therefore unfit to be worn in public.
The other was plagued with holes near the bottom.

I cut out the awesome design from the boob tube and pinned it to the tshirt, covering all those holes.

Then I stitched it down with my machine, moving along the line of the applique.

Now my tee is saved from my “Only wearable at the gym…and not when the gym is busy” drawer. 🙂
I wore my tee for a nice walk down to 5 Points and back. 🙂

Fella and I have a fun weekly routine where we’ll walk 2.5 miles to Five Points, grab a drink at one of the many bars there, and then walk the 2.5 miles back. Now that’s my kind of workout! 🙂

I have something new to share with you, friends. 🙂 On the top of my page you’ll notice a brand spankin’ new tab! It says “Donate“. Remember that Paisley Jumpsuit languishing in the back of your closet? I want it! What about that Jessica McClintock formal that hasn’t seen the light of day in 20 years? I want that too! Do you have something hideous, hilarious, crazy, or just completely frumpy that you’d like to challenge me with? Whether it’s something you’ve worn or something you’ve found, I want to refashion it! Put my creativity to the test! 🙂
Also, don’t forget…you only have a couple of days to enter the fabu Nana Giveaway!

Cheers!
